Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marina di Felloniche

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

We had a great 5 days exploring the area by car. Ersilia was very responsive and gave good recommendations. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Thank you!

This is the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in! The welcome was excellent, the hosts regularly advised us on places and activities to make the most of our holiday. The apartment is very nice, perfectly decorated, clean, very warm, we really didn't miss anything! The terrace is very pleasant when the weather is nice to relax and have an aperitif. The accommodation is perfectly located for visiting the surrounding cities and the historic centre of Grottaglie is very cute for walking around and discovering the ceramic shops.

Had a great stay at Marco’s place in Lecce. It’s in one of the nicest spots in town with two great bars in the square by the Greek church, but also very near everything. Marco communicated well and the instructions to get in the apartment were clear. Yes there is music in the square at night but this didn’t bother us too much even though it went on quite late. Would stay here again if I went to Lecce.

We had a wonderful one week stay and family vacation thanks to Rita‘s beautiful Retreat! It is perfect for daily tours to beaches and cities to then come back, feel immediately like home again and enjoy the rest of the day at the pool etc. We can definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in Otranto at Enrica’s place! Perfect location. The home stayed cool even in warm early June weather - we didn’t even need to use the AC. Would 100% stay again!

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Being an excellent host ,Guiseppe was waiting for us when we arrived in order to guide us and give us the necessary information for the proper functioning of the apartment . We loved and appreciated that he shares with us the history of his beautiful home,transmitted to his family for a very long time ,as well as the transformations he has made there. We were looking for a quiet place in a good location and we found it in Carpignano , a great base for visiting the area! I recommend it.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country roads down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small bays and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!
