Strategic base to discover the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and fresh seafood cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

It is located in a strategic position: 200 meters from the bus stop, 180 meters from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and free parking nearby.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
