Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

All amenities are at your fingertips and you don't need to use the car. The open-plan space is on the third floor of a family building, which does NOT have a lift. The use of barbecues on the terrace is STRICTLY prohibited by municipal regulations.
