Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina di Ascea

Very quiet one-bedroom apartment equipped with all the necessary services to spend a few days in the beautiful Cilento. Very clean rooms and super welcoming owners. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay in this apartment and we hope to come back.

The property has three apartments. Those made available to customers are on the ground floor and second floor attic. The apartment on the second floor is occupied by the owner. The one on the ground floor was spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The spacious and super equipped kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, although it is not indicated among the amenities. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is large and very comfortable. The pool is an exceptional gem, spacious, clean and illuminated even at night; it enjoys a spectacular view of the sea of Casal Velino and the countryside rich in olive trees that surround the property. The property is in a secluded location, but still close to the small town of Acqua Vella, where you can find a morning breakfast bar and a small grocery store. Carmine, the owner, a person of rare hospitality, has always been responsive to our requests. When we arrived, we found water and drinks in the fridge as a courtesy kit

This apartment is spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable there. It is ideal for 3 adults. There is a beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The distance from the port is a little longer. We recommend the town of Maiori for all those who do not want to be crowded in the overpriced Amalfi and Positano.

This place is even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking, it’s so peaceful and you can smell the salt of the ocean as soon as you step outside. The people in Ravello are unbelievably friendly, and Alessandra was incredible. There’s many restaurants and little groceries, easy to get to Amalfi, lots of taxis and shuttles down the road a tiny bit, and we were glad to be away from the hustle and bustle. This place was worth every penny and more. definitely absolutely worth the stay.

As described, it has many stairs to the accommodation. While we hated these on hot days, the way paid off every time! A beautiful view, quiet area and great apartment. We were and very comfortable. The place is well maintained and has everything you need. We liked the decor. It is simple, minimalist, yet welcoming in person. The village of Pisciotta is a pearl and has plenty to offer. We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The hosts were so sweet and looked after us very well. They live downstairs in the apartment below so can help with restaurant recommendations or local places to visit. Peter (dog) is so friendly and a great little companion whilst you sit on the terrace or by the pool. Do be careful on your way down with the car as there are quite a few large stones.

What a perfect property for our first trip to the Amalfi Coast! The house is clean and clutter free, Raffaele had a couple extra items added at my request without any issues. Raffaele and Vincenzo were attentive and helpful with everything. They made our stay stress free. The parking spot at the house is a major plus for a stay in this area! The view and access to the water is the second plus! Truly a unique and special home. Thank you both!

Fabio's house is located on a hill with beautiful sea views. We wanted to visit the Cilento park from Paestum to Palinuro and we were right in the middle (by car). So as far as distances are concerned, the location of the house was ideal. The nearby sea (Ascea Marina and Scogliera) is very nice and the free and very large and clean beach equipped with bars and restaurants. The house is very nice and elegant with two bedrooms, a nice living room, a bathroom with shower, a very well-stocked kitchen and two beautiful terraces. The only downside of the structure is that it doesn't provide sheets and towels. So there's this extra load to consider. Fabio was an excellent host and very kind. She greeted us with cold drinks and a welcome basket. Both on the outbound and back trips, the unexpected made us delay and Fabio was very kind and flexible and waited for us both. We had a great time and recommend Fabio!

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Maybe a little higher on the price scale, but a great location for the wedding we attended, Close to the hotels but still in town. The unit had great private outdoor seating area to hang out on. The unit is one floor up and off the pathway in a very quiet area. The unit had everything we needed except a sharp knife that we never found. I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic place, surrounded by nature , with a crazy view that leaves you a sense of total relaxation. The little house is equipped with every comfort as well as the garden, suitable for both couples and families with children. The pool with hot water is the top. You can choose to go down to the sea or Visit Agropoli and Castellabate, but you can also simply stay there and enjoy the silence, the birds in the morning and the beautiful sunset in the evening. Kindness to welcome thanks to Mrs. Fatima, transparent communication and always present for every need. We'll definitely be back

We stayed in Flavio's apartment in Palinuro for a week with three adults and two 20-month-old children, what can I say… very precise directions, everything matched the description and photos, Flavio is a person who is very attentive to the needs of his guests. Wonderful sea, and practically like having a private beach, it is accessed from a private park you will be provided with the remote control of the gate for walking and once you arrive at the beach … peace, we thank Flavio for everything …. Highly recommended

We stayed 10 days at Angelo and Maria's place and had a great time. The house was very clean and equipped with all comforts. From the beautiful terrace we enjoyed fantastic sunsets... highly recommended.

Maria Lara and her husband are two friendly and very hospitable people. The house is clean, cozy and very comfortable, both as spaces and as a location. The outdoor terrace is the added value, where we had beautiful dinners outdoors. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

It's a great place to stay with Incredible views. Know that your 15-20 minutes walk downhill to town. It's a nice walk down but we always took a ride back up. It would have been nice to have a car or scooter but circumstances and weather did not permit. we were there for 2 rather rainy days. Would recommend for in-between Salerno visit and Amalfi coast with own transportation. or just chilling out at one spot.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also there is working washing machine. Big terrace with a magic view is perfect for long evening, or coffe in the morning. Sunset over the mountains and the sea-incredible.Antonio is very communicative and helpful. If something doesn't work he immediately helps. He gives information about places to visit and where to eat. If we were again in Agropoli we would choose the same place.
