Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina Beach

Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's apartment! The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach, and the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The self check-in was incredibly convenient, and Alex was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Lovely place! Just like in the pictures, with all you need to just settle in and feel right at home. The team handling the apartment is great! Communication was very good and the team was super responsive to all my questions and very helpful into accommodating the requests I had. The building in which the apartment is located is new, clean and very well maintained. Its just that almost everything is digitalised - which for my taste is a bit too much as it can be very convenient when it works perfectly, but it can also generate some headaches when it's not. All that being said, next time I will travel to Dubai, this place will definitely be my first choice! Thank you very much for hosting me and being such great hosts!

Our stay was wonderful at Naji’s AirBNB in the heart of the city. The views were fantastic 🏙️ and the accommodation was just what we needed. I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Had the most wonderful stay ! The villa was so well equipped, with a wonderful pool . 20 mins from everything you could ever want to do whilst in Dubai. We hope to return soon.

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The space was exactly as described (even better), beautiful interior, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and communication with the host was fantastic. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we can’t recommend it enough! :)

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
