The cottage is 5 minutes from the village where you can find all the useful shops, 15 minutes from Luchon, 35 minutes from the Mourtis ski resort and 15 minutes from Spain.

"Le Castanier" barn

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Comfortable 4-season cottage in the heart of the Pyrenees

This cottage is my weekend residence, so it's well-equipped and easy to access. Built on a 1000 m2 meadow, facing south, with remarkable views on all sides. It is located in a small mid-mountain village (altitude 700 m), close to a village with shops (5 minutes by car). Hikes of various difficulty levels from the chalet. Tavern in the castle located 300 m from the chalet, open in the evening during the summer season.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
