Spectacular views of the Malecón. Spacious and well kept. Wonderful accommodations. Great host. Recommend without reservations.

I’ve stayed at Air BnBs all over the world and this is one of my favorites. Having now spent four days in Cuba, I can’t imagine doing it any way other than at Luca’s place. It is absolutely the most beautiful beach house with the best of views. I think Cuba would have been quite difficult to manage without Luca’s house and connections—Isabel and Laura are responsive, trustworthy, and kind. We were able to exchange money, get taxis, and have them cook dinner for us. This neighborhood is a slice of Cuban life. We made friends with the neighborhood coffee lady, dogs, and people. The house is perfectly appointed with a stocked fridge of beer, soda, and snacks. The water was great for snorkeling and there was a quietly assigned security person at our gate overnight—something we honestly probably didn’t even know we needed. This house is the way to see how people really live in Cuba. Thank you, Luca, Isabel, Laura, and everyone else for making the this a truly memorable trip.

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

I have been at Frank's house 9 days, I felt better than my house, both for the house itself and for the services offered. Frank has built a team that works better than a Swiss watch, they are always attentive to any request from the client. I highly recommend it to those who should stay in Havana.

We had a great stay at Carlos & Nene's apartment. The hosts were super nice and gave us a lot of tips which were fitting us perfectly. We were in Havana for New Years eve and Nene gave us a tip with the perfect location to go to for us. The hosts are super helpful/supportive on anything you can think of. Breakfast is freshly made in the kitchen of the apartment, nothing was missing and the chats with her are funny, its been the perfect start into the day. When we're back in Havana, we'll definitely book this apartment again.

What an amazing stay and beautifull house. Three good sized rooms. Good bathrooms. Clean, tidy, great furniture, multiple terraces to change throughout the day and night. This was simply the best house i rented in all my times in Havana. Sante Fe is a little out of the way of old Habana, but with the easy acces and good communication with taxi drivers its no problem at all. Better then a 5 star hotel in my opinion.
