Cozy little cottage with open floor plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with the possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

The house is beautifully located by the water, with a large private jetty that was renovated this year, but it is not suitable for young children to swim in. If you want to take a dip, you can easily do so from the bathing steps. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Possibility to use a spa bath on the outside, for an EXTRA fee of 50€/day. If you want to use the bath, LET US KNOW in time. Child-friendly public beach is 1.2 km from the property. Grocery store approx. 2 km away. 15 km to Mariehamn. Cot available.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Wonderful rocky beach by the Åland Sea on the southernmost headland of mainland Åland, with Rödhamn and Nyhamn in sight. Magnificent nature and views. A stone's throw from Herröskatan Nature Reserve, rich flora and observation towers, some fortress ruins from the Russian era 1809−1917. Short walk there or use the rental bikes. Gather the whole gang in our large beautiful house in the centre of Mariehamn. Perfect for a work trip with the team, a conference or a holiday with friends. The large areas both outside and inside make it easy to socialise and there are plenty of sleeping places in different rooms. There are beds for 19 adults and, upon request, additional sleeping places can be arranged. The accommodation can be divided into three separate parts with kitchen and bathroom, while the mezzanine accommodates the entire group for a shared meal.

By the beach there is a floating jetty with swimming ladder. There is also a rowing boat and 2 SUP boards that can be used freely by the guests. There is one double bedroom, one loft with two single mattresses and one sofa bed. The dock is down by the beach, which is suitable for swimming and has a boat dock. Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.
