Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Your neighbors are the University Library, the National Theatre and the Cathedral. Jasmina and Simon together with their kid live next door and are happy to welcome you in Maribor and give you tips where to go and how to get around. Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
