The cabin is located approximately 11 km from the center history of Ouro Preto, in Catarina Mendes, a rural village within the APA das Andorinhas. A 25- to 30-minute drive. There is no public transportation. Two possible routes, both leading to the Morro São Sebastião neighbourhood. The access has about 2km of dirt road.
