This stunning contemporary designed house of approx 700 m2 is within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and golf course. It has an overall sea view and also breaker sea view from the bar / games room upstairs. It has a large open plan entertainment area opening onto external patios including the secluded sparkly pool and lovely garden. It is very secure with a high boundary wall with external lights and security ring beams with an alarm system. The garage area can accommodate 3 vehicles .

Southbroom is a paradise on the South African hibiscus coast. A particularly good climate, i.e. good weather all year long. Everything you need for a carefree holiday is available in the village. Restaurants, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, golf course ( in the immediate vicinity 9 golf courses) tennis court, gym, yoga.... Nice neighbors who live there permanently.

This self-catering apartment is located in Shelly Beach, a small coastal town on the KwaZulu-Natal Hibiscus Coast. The unit is at the beach front and is also opposite the ski boat club. There is a tidal pool at the beach, it is a fishing beach but you could also swim in it.
