This apartment offers incredible VIEWS, beautiful old world charm and modern conveniences. The balcony is right off a comfortable living/dining/kitchen area, a great space to hang out and relax. The separate bedroom has 2 closets and a bed comfortable enough to ensure you a fabulous nights rest.

This beautiful room it's ideal for 1 or 2 people. It has a kingsize bed, tv, wifi, frigobar and the bathroom, jus outside the room it has a big terrace with a great view of the city. It is located in down town, just 5 to 15 minutes walks from every interest point in downtow, like "Callejón del Beso", "Teatro Juárez" and "Alhóndiga de Granaditas". Besides, you could enjoy our garden, that it is very rare to have one in down town, just perfect to rest, enjoy the nature and have a great time.

Casa localizada en un callejón peatonal del monumento al pipila. La casa tiene una de las mejores vistas de toda la ciudad lo cual la hace una estancia única. Con cama king size y un hermoso balcón con vista panorámica. La casa se encuentra en medio de un jardín frondoso que permite la privacidad en todo momento. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.

Casa Alhóndiga is a two-story Mexican house on the street, which makes it very comfortable to access. It has a terrace that is filled with natural light overlooking the city. The house has a bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, and a full bathroom. Its location makes it easy to visit the main tourist attractions in Guanajuato's historic downtown.

The apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, cable TV, Internet, and hot water. Within walking distance there are several pharmacies, shops, fast food restaurants, bus stops, etc.

A very nice apartment that is located a five-minute walk from downtown, very quiet without noise in a nice neighborhood, with a beautiful view. I'm having trouble with the location, when I created my account I took another one. The exact location is Calle Nueva 11, Alameda, Guanajuato, Guanajuato. Close to the Temple of Buen Viaje.
