The location of the house allows you to: - take part in the sunset, with the sun slowly setting over the sea that turns red; - share the dawn with the sun rising slowly; -participate in the breath of the sea and nature. You arrive as tourists and are treated as guests.

The house is located in an optimal position that allows you to reach all the places of interest in the Province of Trapani in a few minutes: fifteen minutes by car from the beaches of Trapani and from the boarding point for the Egadi islands. In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

The house was an old farmhouse shelter and has been renovated with extreme attention to detail in tuff and Balata stone. It is a place for lovers of relaxation, nature and privacy. Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

Sea and mountain view house, in a quiet context, a few steps from the center and about 20 meters from the sea. The apartment is located on two floors: on the first there are two comfortable bedrooms (double bed + single bed) and a bathroom; on the second there is a bright kitchen overlooking the bay of the new airport, bathroom and large terrace, covered by gazebo, with sea and mountain view. The house was completely refurbished in 2008, TV and modern decor.

The villa was completely renovated in 2021 and offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.

[Baglio del Piffero] Arch House

Casa Arco is located inside the Baglio del Piffero on the island of Favignana, in this evocative late 19th century home, originally built for tuna fishermen, which retains the charm of the island tradition intact. Crafted from hand-hewn sandstone, the house tells the story of the island, with a fireplace residue where tuna was once baked to be stored inoil.
