I highly recommend Eduardo’s place , the house is very cozy and comfortable! It’s located close to very well know restaurants and activities! The jacuzzi was such a wonderful plus and his property it’s right by the community pool !

The apartment is large and comfortable. The location is great , with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The elevator and garage that was very useful to us. Mr. João very attentive, always answered my doubts. We'll be back for sure at the next time.

We love the apartment! The location is great, with everything nearby, which made our stay very practical and enjoyable. We went during the turn of the year and were able to make the most of every moment. We were greeted with great affection, with a personalized card and pampering that made all the difference. Communication with Lúcia was exceptional, from the booking process to after the check-out, always attentive and available. The view to the fireworks display was simply stunning, providing unforgettable moments. Undoubtedly, it was a very worthwhile investment. We return home with incredible memories and the desire to return soon!

Linda and Mauro are wonderful hosts!!! They welcomed us in person and made sure to introduce us to everything. Extremely caring and considerate. Even pampering they left for us! Chocolates, flowers, walks to my Labrador. They are lovers! The house is exactly as advertised. The place really has a wonderful view and the condominium is very organized and pleasant. Especially for those who go with a pet. The beaches, Parque Paulo César Vinhas is all very close. To Linda and Mauro my eternal thanks.

That's exactly how it was announced, They have a super cute dog. Clean place, clean linen and towels clean and fragrant. It's all in the basic pro kitchen. The view is beautiful. It is very private. Sometimes it didn't seem like people lived in the lower house. Voltaria again for sure

Very good house within the proposal and faithful to what was advertised. It is far from the big centres, making it ideal for resting and enjoying with friends/family close to nature. Very well equipped, with cutlery, appliances, barbecue items and even a fondue machine! Great for cooking in the period and not needing to leave the house. We had no problems with animals and insects. Access to the house has a steep slope, but it is paved. We went in a very rainy period, so I think the humid climate made the pavement very slippery, making it difficult for one of the cars to climb. The hostess made herself available to help in case of difficulty, but in the end we managed to go up and it was not necessary. The host is excellent, attentive, made us feel super comfortable, answered questions quickly and when it was necessary to guide or request something, she did it through messages! We had a great weekend! We thank the host very much and recommend the place for sure!

Simply impeccable. The place is bigger than the one to imagine by the pictures, a wonderful environment, with several things to do for leisure. I made the commemoration with my birthday and I couldn't pick a better place. I made a barbecue and the barbecue is very good, outside that is in the pool area and close to the pool, so it was perfect. Tables and chairs available. Afonso has always proved available, friendly and very clear with everything that had to be done and how the house works. Voltaria for sure, does not even want to leave there! I recommend it to everyone and I say it is the best place for you to do your event.

Mateus was always very courteous and helpful. It is noticeable how well the space is well cared for and well thought out, so that the guest can have a welcoming experience. The site serves as few as many people. For those looking for a quiet place, to have contact with nature (as was my case) is a great option. The spaces are all very large, clean and well cared for. The barbecue area is very beautiful, located next to a river, with a natural, super clean and well-kept pool of water. For those staying in a larger group of people, you have the possibility to have fun with a sand court (with a volleyball net mounted). The area of the accommodation (except the barbecue area, which is separate) is all fenced, providing safety for those staying with children and/or pets. The pictures are very good, but the in-person experience is even better. Super recommend and I will certainly return at other times.

The house is excellent, very well organized, clean and equipped with various utensils. The view is simply stunning in the blue stone. The condominium offers a great leisure area and the location is privileged, and it is possible to walk to Quadrado de São Paulinho. A small note: for those over 6 '5', the feet may stand a bit out of the bed, but this can be easily bypassed by opting for the chalet suite. Congratulations for the house! Sure, we'll be back soon.
