**Hurricane Ian Update 10/4/2022** We’re very grateful that our property didn’t receive damage from the hurricane. We didn’t receive any water damage or wind damage. Our power and internet were restored on 10/2/2022. Many restaurants are re-opening already and there are more opening up each day. We look forward to hosting you in Paradise. Hard to find two-bedroom, first-floor end-unit overlooking the canal and pool! There are two community docks with quick direct access to the Gulf, where dolphin sightings are frequent. Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn! This condo is in Olde Marco which is great if you enjoy being within walking distance of a number of unique restaurants and shops. This condo also has a boat dock right outside of your condo and it’s available to use, but it must be reserved in advance. This condo has 2 King Adjustable beds and a sofa bed. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small beach cooler so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Sorry, NO pets and NO Smoking on property.
