Waterfront holiday rentals in Marco Beach

If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful location, this is the place for you. The view from the pool was amazing and many times we saw dolphins swimming in the area. The pictures accurately portray the condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

This condo and complex were as described. We appreciated the extras for the beach, including coolers, umbrellas and chairs. The beach wagon was very helpful in getting all the gear to the beach, which is very wide.

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Nach einer kleinen Startschwierigkeit mit der Türe, hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anne und Shane. Die Unterkunft sieht eigentlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist stilvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Ebenso war es toll, uns kostenfrei Stühle und Schirm für den Strand sowie Fahrräder und Kajaks usw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen konnten wir - was bei unserer Rundreise wirklich nötig war. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wir haben es genossen :-)

Great place for two people to stay. The pool was convenient and never too busy. Easy check in and check out procedures. We had a great time in Marco Island.

We are regular ABnB vacationers, and Sivy's was fantastic. A/C was perfect, pool is great design with deep and shallow side, grill was smaller than expected, but worked great... game room pool table gave us a nice extra... didn't use the bikes, but they looked in great condition.... and almost forgot, game room has its own A/C... that was great. The home is clean and pretty open. We enjoyed six adult dinners and on-one was crammed ever... the layout is nice and quite spacious. I will probably return in the future if Sivy's will have us! We do recommend this home as a perfect get away.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was easy and prompt throughout. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the soft sheets and cozy couch—perfect for relaxing after beach days. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) made it all so easy. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully stocked.

We loved staying at this location! It was perfect for our family with two kids and two grandparents. Being able to jump in the pool early in the morning, and then walk to the beach/playground in the afternoon made the trip. The location is private and quiet, and you’re a quick drive to so many great restaurants and spots. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the checkin and checkout was very smooth. We will be back next year.

Check in/arrival was easy. House was clean and had good supplies. The pool and hot tub were great! The lanai area around pool was nice - clean and heated well. The dock on the canal was fun. Garage had lots of good supplies for the beach and outings in general (fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, bikes). (My only complaint is that it had glade plug-ins going when we arrived, which was overwhelming. But after I removed them it was fine within a few hours. Probably not a big deal to most people.) Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for Marco Island!

We had the most wonderful time in this home. We think it was one of the most beautiful Airbnb's we have rented. My husband and I traveled with 5 teenage boys. The home was perfect. The layout was outstanding and each room was just what was needed. The location can't be beat and Koury supplied bikes which was a massive perk. The boys were able to easily bike to the beach, shops, restaurants, and then relax in the pool after a long day. Koury was responsive both before and during our stay when I had a few questions. We honestly can't say enough! We would definitely return if we decide to go back to Marco Island!!

Jonathan was great. Very attentive and responded quickly. He was quick to resolve any issues we brought up, and even left a bottle of wine in the fridge just as a welcome gift. We highly recommend the property and Jonathan is an excellent host. 4 thumbs up.

Magnificent in Marco - Lisa’s home is perfectly accommodating, expansive and the ideal location for friends and/or family to gather for a beach retreat. The rooms are large and comfortable the living area welcoming and the backyard pool and sitting area were the best way to end a day at the beach. Can’t recommend this home more! Great stay and great host!

Great hosts! This small town gem was beyond perfect for our little family fishing stay! Simply easy, relaxing, peaceful the entire time. Also overly well stocked home too! Plenty of parking for our trailer & truck right in front. The swing of the tides can be pretty big. The huge plus for us was having the floating dock for tie off and kept the boat away from any dock pilings. Kids were completely comfortable here too! Thank you again!

My wife and I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay. The place is magazine worthy with stunning views of the water. The complex is peaceful and quiet, within a nice walk to shops and places to eat. Our host Alison and her husband were so thoughtful and responsive during our entire visit. We are already thinking about when to return!

Honestly, the best Airbnb I've ever been to, everything was very, very clean, with all the amenities as if you were in your own home, the owner was very friendly with any questions, and just what I was looking for, a beautiful view of the sea. Without a doubt, I'm already planning to return. Thanks Elaine.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

We loved the place so much we extended our stay! Karen was gracious enough to accommodate our request and let us stay a few more days in paradise!

Karen‘a place was the peace and quiet we needed. We were looking for cozy quiet and access to a pool to swim everyday. The pool is squeaky clean by the way and heated! The apartment was well designed and the kitchen was set up perfect for cooking. Amazing weekend! We look forward to returning in the future!

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Loved this place! Beautiful views, you can get to the beach after an elevator ride and two minutes of walking, and Kevin was super helpful in helping us get set up with a very late check in. Wish we could have stayed longer, and would definitely book this place again if we ever wanted to spend another weekend in Marco Island!

Edward and Babs were wonderful hosts!! We were visiting Marco Island for our wedding, and they were kind enough to leave us champagne, flowers, and a card! They were super responsive with any questions I had! The condo was absolutely beautiful, had a stunning view, and was very clean! I would highly recommend booking with them and staying at their condo, we had a wonderful time!
