Beautiful 3-bedroom’s loft apartment located in the heat of the old town of Marbella. 130 sq meters with open kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with bad rooms in suite, toilet and laundry. It is in an historical building though is totally renewed in a modern and minimalist style with high standards materials. Beautiful roof top. It is just a five minutes walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies,bus and taxi stops, supermarket, Parking and all kinds of shops.

It has a lot of services and interesting places near the apartment. Like everything it's only 5 minutes (maximum) far from the apartment. Beach, restaurants, supermarket, town center.
