We have a beautiful vacation in the Department of Tomas, with my Family (5 people). The apartment is very comfortable, super bright, quiet, the balconies that surround it are super spacious and the sea view is Incredible ! Mercedes sister of Tomas received us in an excellent way and was super attentive in responding to any concerns we had. To go to the beach, you don't need the car as you can walk (almost 3 blocks). To go out at night, by car you arrive super fast to downtown by Av. 3. The Dept. is very close to supermarkets and bakeries. We had a WIFI cut caused by the fall of lightning in the area and both Mercedes and Tomas super responsibly took care of fixing it immediately with the company. Thank you Tomas and Mercedes we were very satisfied regarding our stay in your house and we will definitely come back another time.

Excellent location, a few meters from the beach. The Depto has all the comforts and is very well connected to key points such as the center of Pinamar or Carilo.

Very nice place, location and view. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I would only emphasize the cleanliness, which shows accumulated dirt, not from not cleaning, but from cleaning everything very superficially constantly. That makes the house not as clean as I would like it to be.

Flawless apartment in an unbeatable location! The accommodation is very nice, as shown in the photos, very comfortable and spacious, it is very well-equipped and the location is excellent, it is a few blocks from the beach and in front of the shopping center! The building's pool and gym amenities are great too! Analia responded immediately to a small inconvenience we had and solved it quickly.

The stay in the David apartment was a very pleasant stay. Ideal for all ages. The place is shown as in the photos, the most important thing is cleanliness, it is very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils and dishes complete and clean, it has a very nice balcony with its own grill that we use to celebrate the New Year. All are in good condition. It has its own garage with easy access, a very nice community pool and barbecue area, the pool was cleaned frequently. David was always attentive and responded instantly. I have already recommended the place to other friends, my family and I would definitely return. The price is according to what is offered. Thanks a lot, David ! My family and guests left very happy with the apartment.

The place is beautiful, right on the beach, with wonderful views of the ocean. The apartment is spacious, clean, modernly appointed, and very comfortable, with lots of natural light and all of the amenities listed. Also, it is only 2 blocks from the main street where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. The complex enjoys 2 pools (one outdoors and one inside), gym, snack bar, and even a small store where you can buy certain essentials and snacks, etc. Our host was very communicative, gracious, and responsive. This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here outside the traditional summer season, but it was still an outstanding stay with lots to do!

The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus since it allows you to enjoy the nights eating and having something outdoors. We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The view is incredible, everything is new and works perfectly. Two blocks from the beach, very well located. We'll definitely be back! We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

Modern apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Shower with the ideal temperature for the cold days that touched us. Very close to the beach and a full market. Very good predisposition by the person in charge of the complex, change followed by towels and cleaning of the accommodation. To recommend!
