Dalton was always attentive to our needs, with great kindness and generosity. The area is beautiful and safe, and the apartment is more spacious and comfortable than what you see in the photos. A great stay.

When I think of Airbnb, this is exactly the experience that comes to mind and that I look for, a place where I feel at home, yes, but more than that, honesty within the platform. Mrs. Débora was perfect in describing the location and in all the service. I congratulate you for the organization, sincerity, good taste and everything you have offered us. Also, the place itself is great for rest and to actually be together with the other travelers. In the middle of the Easter holiday was super quiet, imagine. To complete, we took good weather and so, the trip was great. Thank you for everything. We will come back for sure. :-)

Excellent location, quiet place on the beach. The TV was having a problem. But for me it made no difference. Voltaria certainly!

The village met my expectations and that of my family. The central location and also close to the beach was a determining factor in choosing it. The house sleeps 8 well. The house is very spacious, providing a lot of comfort. Janaína is very available and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay! The house has a great living space and the rooms are quite quiet... in addition to the great location, being close to the beach, the center and with the neighborhood mto quiet and safe!! Not to mention the host, who promptly answered any questions and was very kind and helpful!! We plan to come back more often to enjoy this charm of home!!

It was great, it exceeded expectations in many points, it has everything close to bakery, supermarkets, good restaurants. Good garage, you don't need to use the car for anything. As a suggestion you could have a security screen on the windows and two keys and tags to access the apartment. The Internet Access TVs! Excellent wi_fi, but on televisions they did not work. The excellent basics had everything, soap, toilet paper, dish detergent... We thank you very much, we will be back!

Great experience! Traditional house, no luxury but with all the necessary comfort! Large spaces, close to the sea and with all kitchen utensils. Very nice Gramado, as well as the will in the front courtyard!

House in a gated condominium, with good structure, restaurant and mini market within the condominium. Casa with good structure and accommodations. Everything clean and organized. Departure to the sea at the bottom of the condominium, with structure of the condominium itself with beach chairs and parasol. Soccer field and sports courts (padel, tenis, beach tenis). I recommend your stay!

I don't even know how to start describing... I found everything very organized, with all the utensils needed to cook and barbecue. The convenience is great, with air conditioning, fan, cable TV with many channels, great internet.. the place is very cozy and even has a washing machine and an air-conditioned cellar. In my case the icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in and checkout and Juan was extremely considerate and dear!! The condominium lacks commentary, the infrastructure is great! Thanks Juan for the great stadia.

It was all impeccable! Marcelo's reception made us feel right at home, and what a house! All clean, tidy, just like the pictures. It makes me want to live there! Marcelo very attentive, speechless!!! We'll come back more often for sure!!

Great apartment! Condominium well located! I highly recommend!

The house is simply amazing! It certainly exceeded our expectations. We were in a large group (15 people) and served us super well. The check in was easy and the house was super clean. It is in a great region of Xangri there, we did everything on foot – from walking on the beach to eating out. We had great moments:) Fabiane has always been ready for our questions and needs. No doubt a place where we would return a thousand times, whether in summer or winter, as there is a cute fireplace that we would love to use hahaha without a doubt a great choice!

Real Estate fully like the photos. Very quiet condominium, great to rest.

Paula's house has a well-equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom space very good, outdoor space great for throwing the ball and playing frescobol with children, complete beach utensils, toys, sun umbrellas and chairs, for sure next year we will come back.

Excellent house, super clean and fragrant, very well equipped, super cozy, comfortable, with great bathrooms, soft beds, large living room and kitchen, super fresh and quite ventilated house. The lawn is huge and we enjoyed playing ball, frisbee, sipping chimarron in the shade of the trees, playing with our dogs who loved the stay too :D (house exactly as in the pictures). Location is super safe, close to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, center, the neighbors are "fine people"... We had a wonderful few days at Ana's house, we were able to rest, enjoy and go back to the city routine with the renewed energy... If the house is available for rent we will come back for sure. Ana and her family are in love with people and we feel good and at home. Super we love everythingooo and recommend it!!!!!

Carolina and Darius were Hosts Grade 10! They left everything clean and organized to welcome us, the apartment is Excellent, spacious, comfortable, cozy and pleasant. Pertinho da Praia on the best part of the Orla de Atlântida and at the same time next to the Atlantida centrinho and the restaurants and attractions of Roubadinhas. There are nearby market and pharmacy as well. The condo is also very nice! Communication with Dário always flowed fast and agile. We invite everyone who has the opportunity and the pleasure to stay in this amazing place and with these wonderful hosts.

Indeed the openings are a bit difficult to open and close, I believe it is common to all beachfront houses. Despite this, we had no problem with the front doors (as quoted in the previous review), they may have been fixed. The neighbors were very friendly in our stay. Claudia always answered questions quickly and the caretaker was always very helpful. The microwave had already been fixed and the house was quite clean when we arrived. The location is wonderful, by the sea and at a point not so full of Xangrila, because it is at the beginning of the beach. Supermarket super close.

Quiet and quiet place, the photos correspond to the location. Good accommodation. Room with air conditioning, kitchen with a minibar and a microwave. The only problem is that the map address shown on Airbnb was close to R. Rio Jacuí with Av. Beira Mar, and the site was 12km ahead, in Queen of the Sea.

Great place. Everything perfect. Sensational Host. I recommend everyone. Near everything. Fit with everything you need . Educated.

It was all quiet, according to the listing and our exchanges. The location is great as there are restaurants in front of and close to the beach.
