The apartment is very beautiful! Everything is tidy, clean, the room is spacious and the view is beautiful! Unfortunately, it rained when I went, but the pool and common areas looked great!

The apartment is super new, beautiful new furniture, very beautiful building with a swimming pool, well located, right on the altar of Santinha and good restaurants on the way back. For those who go to Planeta Atlântida, it is perfect, in addition to being very close to SABA, it also has great restaurants and shops around. The condominium is excellent, quiet and with a super good infrastructure, a great outdoor and indoor pool, and great employee services. It's far from the beach, but for those who like to walk, it's a really cool route.

The only point of consideration is that the air conditioning is only in one room, but Adriano solved it by purchasing another fan.
