Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

Fantastic house in the mountains, large, bright and full of spaces to meet and share with friends or family. Swimming pool, barbecue, garden, large living room with fireplace, dining room with txoko-style kitchen and a huge game room with everything you need to have fun. It also has several work areas to be able to telework comfortably and at the same time enjoy the Sierra de Guadarrama, just 45 minutes from Madrid. The house is available as a vacation rental.

The house consists of : Kitchen, Living-room, 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom. A play area with a mat, sandbox and basketball basket.

Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden at the back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Spectacular house fully equipped with underfloor heating (cold and heat) by aerothermal. Divided into two floors, the main floor consists of an open kitchen, a full bathroom and a living-dining room. The first floor has a double bedroom and another with a trundle bed and a full bathroom (with a whirlpool bathtub) and a balcony overlooking the mountain. 60 m plot with artificial grass.
