Holiday rentals with beach access in Manuel Antonio Beach

Su madre nos recibió a pesar de que por el tráfico nos atrasamos en llegar. El apartamento está en una zona muy bien ubicada pero tranquila cerca del centro de Manuel Antonio para poder caminar a supermercados, restaurantes e inclusive paradas de buses. Es un apartamento muy bien equipado, bonito y cómodo.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It was even more spacious than we anticipated and incredibly quiet, making for a very relaxing experience. The AC was fantastic and kept the apartment nice and cool throughout our stay. A great bonus was having access to the La Mariposa hotel amenities, including the shuttle to Espadilla Beach, free parking at the hotel, and the beautiful pool, which offered stunning sunset views. There were also great restaurants and supermarket just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Home was in a super convenient location that offered easy access to Quepos, the beach, the park, and all the restaurants we could desire. Parking was easy and all the residents of the complex were super friendly to us. The pool was a nice way to cool off after a long hike, or a nice evening activity. Teya was friendly and attentive to our needs at all times. While there are many great restaurant options near by, the full kitchen also allowed us to make food in the home as well. I could hear the monkeys in the early morning and frequently saw beautiful Macaws fly by the window. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience; I highly recommend.

Parfait pour un court séjour et visiter Manuel Antonio. Excellente localisation, lit confortable, belle piscine, accueil chaleureux (Chris est formidable). De plus, nous avons eu la visite d’un singe directement sur notre balcon! Je recommande a tous!

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

Todo impecable. Sabíamos que la ubicación iba a estar bien pero no tanto. No existe una ubicación mejor que esta para visitar el parque o ir hacia la playa. Queda a menos de 50 metros de cada cosa. Nos quedó super comodo para dos personas. Pudimos cocinar y pasar la tarde en el balcón con vista a la selva. El aire acondicionado junto con los ventiladores nos hicieron pasar noches agradables en medio de tanto calor que hay en la zona. Super recomendado.

One of my favourite Airbnb’s ever. Such a nice room and the view from the hammock is amazing. Had 6 spider monkeys right by our balcony one morning for 20 minutes as they snacked on fruit from a nearby tree, pretty incredible experience! The hosts couldn’t be nicer too, would not hesitate to come back

Our stay at this incredible Airbnb was nothing short of magical. The house itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and set right in the middle of a lush natural paradise. Every day felt like a nature documentary come to life! We were visited daily by curious monkeys, spotted majestic iguanas lounging nearby, and even saw scarlet macaws soaring through the trees. It was surreal. What made the experience even more special was the help and hospitality of Mariana, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable trip. She provided fantastic tips on exploring the area and even arranged an experience we’ll never forget—a baby sea turtle release! Watching those tiny creatures make their way to the ocean was one of the most heartwarming and memorable moments of our lives. This place is a true hidden gem—perfect for nature lovers, adventure seekers, or anyone looking to disconnect and experience the wild beauty of Costa Rica.

This is a great family rental. We came for a 5 day stay to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday, explore Costa Rica's nature resources and enjoy time as a family. All 6 of us enjoyed our stay and loved the property! The house is quite rustic but well suited for a family who wants to spend a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor kitchen, dining area and BBQ are a wonderful extension of the house. We made most of our meals. The pool was very clean and maintained and included an outdoor shower and foot rinse area. The ocean was wonderful to swim in and the beach very private with few people on it. Andres and Olga made us feel very welcome. He served us with coconuts in the pool on our first afternoon and had area restaurant recommendations for us. We later purchased a large pitcher of coconut water from him that was absolutely delicious. And it was so fun to watch the collection process! In addition, Andres let us know when the spider monkeys came on the property which delighted us!

Thank you so much for a great stay Rebecca!! Our family with 2 young boys stayed here and we were wowed by all the wildlife around the home! From the beautiful backyard we were regularly visited by macaws, iguanas, capuchin monkeys and even spotted a yellow throated toucan and fireflies. We also regularly heard howler monkeys!! So so magical. The home is so peaceful and has everything we needed from a stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and comfy beds. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

We can’t wait to return to Casa Alegria! It had everything we needed including hot showers with great water pressure! The wildlife and the views made the trip. We saw more animals from the patio than we did on the Manuel Antonio tour. Mauricio and staff were excellent to work with and can connect you with anything you need. We used the private chef and the food was outstanding!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

Super convenient location, grocery store steps away, well stocked house, great outdoor space, love the outdoor shower, and most importantly—the property manager was lovely! She was so responsive and helpful.

Yesenia’s home is in a gated community with 24/7 security at the front entrance. House was easy to find. The place is very clean and comfortable for my family of 7. I know listing says no hot water but Costa Rica is very warm so you don’t need hot water to shower. There are 3 community pools that are walking distance from the house. The beach is also accesible by foot where you can watch the sunset. This house is 2hrs away from San Jose airport and 40min from Manuel Antonio. You’ll need a rental car to get there. I suggest you stop at a grocery store before arriving because there aren’t grocery stores near by. The house is not too far to get to Quepos, Jaco, Herrería for day activities/adventures. I recommend her house.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Affen toben regelmäßig durch die Anlage, viele andere Tiere sind zu sehen. Für uns war es eine Art Dschungelkino. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, gut klimatisierbar und sehr sauber. In der Anlage kann man sich sehr sicher fühlen. Gigi hat auf kleinere Probleme sofort reagiert und geholfen.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.

The view is spectacular! The location is perfect. It is loud due to the next door bar, but that is in the description and we were prepared. Also they shut down at a reasonable hour so it didn’t affect our peace. Would definitely stay here again.
