Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mansfield Shire

Fantastic location across the road from the lake. The house is set out great for extended families/friends with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and items left in the pantry are handy if you forget something, there are also plenty of games and dvd's for the kids, although we didn't use these as the weather was perfect for lake activities. Communication with host is fantastic, Anthony was very responsive. The house could do with a deep clean (window sills, skirtings etc) but we were more than comfortable and would consider staying again. Thank you Anthony.

Fire + Ice was a lovely, clean, cosy home and had everything we needed for our new year weekend getaway. We went during the summer months and the Delatite river is just a stone's throw away and the kids had a great time there. The firepit at the house was also a favourite of everyone. Caroline and Duncan were amazing hosts and communication was always prompt, friendly and clear. Will be a great spot for winter as the place is only a 15 minute drive away from Mt.Buller.

A lovely spot, very quiet and peaceful, amongst the bushland. Well placed to get up to Buller. Property was very comfortable and worked great for my wife, two of our kids and dog.

Beautiful house and landscaped gardens, surrounded by farm and grazing cattle. The house inside is very stylish and comfortable with thoughtful pieces of art and furniture, the kitchen well equipped and spacious, perfect for hosting a group. The beds are really comfortable and plenty of space to unpack belongings, including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The location of the property is close to Alexandra, which is a town which seems to have everything you need plus good coffee shops. I’d definitely recommend this place to others coming to the area.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Esther's. The location was terrific, and the setting beautiful- secluded and tranquil but only a two minute drive into town. Well set up for kids and adults alike and cosy in cold weather - we loved feeding the native birds and even spotting a wallaby and its baby in the yard one morning!

Bonnie Doon is already a absolutely great destination & Petes hideaway particularly was the best hideaway with the lot ive ever stayed at maybe our host Ryan had much to do with that too.thanks Ryan I left you a small list off your grocery things we used & ran out off. thanks to your welcome chat. Our stay at Stirling Lodge was exceptional. It’s a really well equipped airbnb with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable and location is wonderful. We loved the personal touches of coffee machine, soda stream and gifts of local wine, chocolate and coffee beans! There was plenty of wood and we enjoyed having the fireplace. We would like to come in warmer months to enjoy the pool and nearby river and would suggest the addition of a drying room/cupboard for ski gear during the winter months! We hope to stay again ☺️

Loved our stay. Everything matched the description. Beautifully styled and felt right at home. The river at the bottom of the property is spectacular and really adds to the overall charm. Saw local Kangaroos and Deer down by the river. Bed was comfy, heating with the electric heater was ample and plenty of firewood on hand for the Coonarra fire. An easy 20min drive into town. Felixa was really responsive to any questions and helpful. There’s no TV but that’s mentioned in the description. There’s plenty of games etc to keep you occupied. Wi-Fi worked fine.

It really is a magical place, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. In addition, it is close to Mount Buller, which is ideal for the snow season. On the other hand, the accommodation is perfect, even much more beautiful than in the photos. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it 100%.

It is an amazing cabin in a peaceful and calm farm. We love how peaceful and calm it is as this is surrounded by a sheep farm with a river just next to the cabin. The cabin is brand new built and thoughtful designed setup and furnitures. This little place is basically a paradises inspiring my dream for my retirement.

Christ is a lovely host and has very small house in a very peaceful surroundings. However, Chris was unaware of the booking the place was not ready for us to check in. Though we had to wait for a few hours for the place to be cleaned up, we enjoyed the surroundings and river meanwhile.

Jeanne provided clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for Us. It was very enjoyable experience and peaceful location and homeowner’s responsiveness is appreciated, It's truly feels like home with all the necessary stuff were there. I'm positive to recommend Jeanne's place Anyone who wants to visit.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as beautiful and enjoyable as the first. Everything about the place—the host, the environment, and the overall vibe—was truly worth it. A lovely and memorable stay once again!

Fabulous place to stay with extended family and friends. Enough space for everyone, kitchen was fantastic with lots of utensils, glasses etc. It was a beautiful space that felt instantly welcoming, it was better than the pictures!
