Villa holiday rentals in Manly

As many have said before me, it’s a great place with amazing hosts. Highly recommended, and the dogs are definitely friendly!

We had an excellent 28-day stay at Kylie’s villa. It’s in beautiful condition, with modern fixtures and fittings, and everything in the kitchen you need to feel right at home. Its in a great spot too, can easily walk up to Caringbah station but also down to Cronulla and the beach, there is a lovely café/bakery and butcher at the end of the street. Thanks for a great stay Kylie and for being an amazing host!

Great stay.. only down fall would be the bed in the main bedroom is very hard. Otherwise clean, tidy, great spot and exactly as described

Alan was a great host. Available at all times to answer questions. The duplex was extremely clean and still smelt new. We were very comfortable in the house in terms of bedrooms available and size of living area. We felt safe and secure at this location. Even though the house is located on one busy road the house is very well insulated from the noise of the cars. There are designated work areas in two of the bedrooms which we found very practical and everything was very clean. The minor issues we had with wifi were addressed by Alan immediately and he even got a repair person to attend to rectify the issue with a few hours of us reporting it. A great host and a very comfortable stay. Thank you Alan.

absolutely beautiful place to stay. definitely felt like I was staying in a luxurious villa. would definitely stay again and katerinas communication was amazing. thank you for having me and zandah (my doggo) he didnt want to leave and neither did I 🥹❤️

Lovely place to stay with easy beach access!

The house was extremely tidy, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The quality of the linen and amenities was unbelievable for an air bnb! She even had special soap for the kids when I mentioned they were coming!

Amazing convenient location, quick walking distance to the main street and the beach. the house was lovely and tidy, well equipped. Although it was only a 5 minute drive to the next suburb, the pick up of keys and drop off was a lil inconvenient. I really appreciated the offer of a late check out which we took with having a little baby. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again. ooo DVDs and games too :)

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. We had a great time and will be returning as soon as we can, the house was fitted out with everything you needed and there was no need to leave except to visit the beach. Highly recommend Sugarcane Beach House!!

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very clean and the location and the view were both amazing. The hosts were top-notch with their communication and were very accommodating, making our experience hassle-free. Hopefully we can stay again in the future but highly recommend this property.

I can't recommend William's place enough. He and his wife hosted me over Christmas and New year 2022/23. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautiful and spotless.

Cemine's place was exactly as described! It is a hidden gem, 15mins to Olympic Park, 30mins to CBD, large garden, close to shops and cafes and restaurants, and wonderful amenities o on site! All of this, and is also very private and quiet! One note is that there is only street parking available, however there are many street parking spaces available.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

Easy stay. very enjoyable time. the only things that could have been improved are extra tea towels, a few more kitchen things, instructions to use the tv and more storage as most cupboards were locked. Overall very nice stay and we were all comfortable. Beds were very comfortable but needed a few more pillows. thankyou.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
