Designed for our guests who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to its stone structure, it provides a cool atmosphere in summer and a warm and pleasant atmosphere in winter. You can enjoy nature in the garden. It’s the perfect destination for those looking for a quiet, romantic getaway in harmony with nature. 🌿

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Our villa with a heated pool, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a heated 24-hour pool of 9×4m. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 mustakil garden. It is 6.5 km to the center of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them has a large shared double sink and the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. Our villa has 4 air conditioners. In order to make good memories in our villa, we would be happy to host you.
