The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a great view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are room smells even in the hallway in every room, the house is immaculate and fragrant, Mr. Cloud is very interested, since the apartment is located on a busy street, he even kept a parking space for us to park our car, thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Joakims place. What a beautiful home filled with everything you need. For a great stay. We appreciated the great communication. The neighborhood was great every thing is close restaurants and grocery stores. The two days we spent in Foça were great! The house was beyond our expectations —every detail was thoughtfully thought out and everywhere was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was complete, and the towels and sheets smelled good. The hosts were very caring and kind; they responded promptly to every question we had and very warmly welcomed. It's also in a great location, a few steps from the sea. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to come back.

It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Dear George's house was as pictured and described. We stayed comfortably as a family of four. Additional points for having cleaning supplies. Cleanliness could have been better. But it is ignored in the overall rating. The only thing missing from the house is the dishwasher. In short, it met our expectations and was a comfortable stay. The house is ten minutes from the center and at the top of the city. This has been good for us. It had a more peaceful and cool environment. Unfortunately, the two dogs of the downstairs neighbor didn't shut up at all day and night. Fortunately, we love animals.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. The apartment is very nice with a wonderful view on a garden where they host some events (poetry reading, classical music concerts) that can be enjoyed from the balcony. The house offers anything you need while on holiday. It's in the city center, close to shops, restaurants and the harbour! I hope to come back! Thanks Marinos 😀
