Beach house holiday rentals in Manilva

We were 6 adults and 3 small children. Great house for the extended family. Jenna provided beds for the 2 smallest, and also high chair. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the city. A bit far from the airport in Malaga, about 1 hour by car. Lars. Norway.

Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood that restaurants were a 5-7 minute walk. We felt very safe walking even at night and the streets and walkways were clean and well decorated with lovely flower pots, fountains. The house was a 10 minute walk to grocery store and to the beach and seaside promenade. The 3rd floor balcony seating area we spent every night enjoying wine and talking about the adventures on the day while enjoying a beautiful view of the town of Estepona. Very friendly people in the local shops and restaurants. The house was just amazing and Tania and Carlos were very responsive in meeting us and showing us around the house and providing list of restaurants and transportation options. We did not have a vehicle and were staying in Estepona for the Solheim Cup. I would stay here again loved the town and the accomodations.

Very nice house located directly on the sea, ideal for relaxing. Everything is as described in the listing (because of the new sidewalk in front of the property, the garden is now a little smaller than in the photos). We can confirm the reviews of previous guests. Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our whole family stayed for a week to celebrate my dad turning 70. 9 people ranging from 9m-70. The Villa is absolutely stunning, in the ideal location. Restaurants, bars, cafes on your doorstep. Over the bridge there’s the beach. Everything within walking distance. Lidl very near for all of your essentials, pharmacy nearby. The Villa was spotless and plenty of room for the 9 of us. Bente is a great host, nothing was too much hassle. Villa has everything you could possibly need. Even a gorgeous lemon tree to the rear. Our children loved the pool and it was warm enough to play in for hours in May. Don’t hesitate to book Bente’s villa. We will definitely be re-booking in the future! Thanks

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We recently stayed here as a group of 11 for a hen do. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, old town etc and a short uber ride to Puerto banus. Villa was very clean and well presented. We used the transfer service which was reasonably priced. We also used the BBQ service which was lovely. Rafael is such a responsive and helpful host and after a missed flight and us not arriving until much later than expected he was so helpful in re arranging our transfers and arranging for us to get into the villa outside of the usual check in time. Thank you Rafael, we highly recommend your villa.

Literally on the beach, just a few steps down to the sand and waves! With local amenities, including the main supermarket, just a short walk away, this unique stay was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and really well-appointed, making it a great home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The only minor remark I have is regarding the pool area, which is shared among all guests. It could benefit from a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially to remove bird residue and ensure it’s in top condition for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Wow - we loved this place!!! It’s a perfect floor plan and the outdoor living was wonderful. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor patio could not have been better. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. Had a great stay enjoying the pool beach, and coast walk. The property is accurately described and met our needs well as a group of 5 adults, baby and dog! The urbanisation itself is well kept and has a friendly feel whilst being quiet and relaxed for families.

We had an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa! The accommodation is modern, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. The rooms are generously sized, the beds are super comfortable and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor area with pool, lounge corner and well-kept garden is simply fantastic, perfect for relaxing or for social evenings. The location is ideal: quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The contact with the hosts was always friendly, professional and helpful, you immediately feel welcome. Pleasant unconventional apartment, with all amenities, overlooking a beautiful Plaza full of life on weekdays, quiet in a different way, and also serving on occasion for cultural events giving the pulse of the local population. Alfonso is a very friendly host, attentive to our well-being, giving information about affordable restaurants and different places to visit. We often had short friendly conversations with him. The fact that Alfonso is the owner present, staying in the same building, ensures additional security for our stay.

It was such a treat… iam so sad that we couldn’t have stayed longer…. The pictures don’t do the justice….. Very spacious, with huge yard and massive incredible BBQ! Sun beds, for those who don’t want to walk 5-6 minutes to the beautiful beach with superb restaurants. Shops nearby , and stunning Estepona old town little houses…… All in all, 5⭐️! M

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well equipped, super clean, clutter free and spacious and the view out to the sea is very beautiful. Some of the communal areas weren’t quite as nice, but I think the property itself, the stunning views and proximity to the beach made it great value. Would recommend.

Siente were attentive to any questions we had. The house is very nice and cozy, it has everything you need to not get bored at any time.

The villa was absolutely lovely — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool water was cool and refreshing, perfect for sunny days, and there were plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The villa has four bedrooms, all very comfortable, and fresh towels were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, although BBQs aren’t permitted, which is worth noting. Lots of places driving distance of 10/15min, supermarket is 5mins away. Convenient area. Eric was great to communicate with — very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth thanks to his caretaker and cleaner, who were also lovely. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!
