10 years of love and affection went into building our 2 bedroom custom home. Sticking with natural products to blend together the beauty of the surrounding area. Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. We are less than three miles from town, 20 minutes to Bromley and 25 minutes to Stratton. Close to hiking, biking, fishing, great restaurants and shopping. It's located only a few minutes away from amenities such as Londonderry Market, Pingree Park, Lowell Lake and several restaurants. For skiing, this home is in proximity to Magic (8min), Bromley (9min), Okemo (25 min) and Stratton (20 min).

In Town Manchester Studio w/ Loft Bedroom.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).

The only place closer to the Snowshed is the Grand Hotel. If you are young and agile you can walk to Snowshed Base - about 10 minutes. Welcom to Trail Creek Condo's. After the races enjoy indoor salt water pool or 2 hot tubs or hot sauna in the Trail Creek Amenities building (a couple of buildings away). Great for couples or families. We provide all linens, towels & firewood. FREE WIFI, cable and HBO. Fully stocked kitchen.
