Quiet and comfortable place, exactly what we were waiting for the Carnival holiday. Alberto was very helpful and responded promptly to everything we need.

Great house and great location. La Juana has many places to walk to, including the beach and beach clubs. The space is ample and perfect for a family visit. You will have access to beach essentials as well, which is great if you are not equipped. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Great host with a beautiful, private, clean home – wish we could have stayed longer! Amenities are sparse though, so be sure to bring your own toiletries (including extra toilet paper), shampoos, etc...

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

It was a real privilege to stay at Paula's home in José Ignacio. Paula was helpful throughout the whole process and made us feel welcome both in the home and in José Ignacio. The home is in the middle of beautiful nature creating a complete feeling of tranquility. Anything you need is a short drive from the house, supermarket, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. I would 100% recommend anyone that is interested in visiting José Ignacio to consider Paula's place.

The house is excellent! Just like the photos!! The construction is new, everything is very perfect and aesthetic. Paola and husband a luxury hosts. We arrived very late, with an incredible storm and they were waiting at the place! I would definitely be back !! We christened the CASITA DE LA PLAYA 😍

The house is conveniently located, both Alejandra and her son were super attentive and responsive in communication. The house is just like in the photos, something important to enjoy with our pets.

The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, making the stay easy. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!!

All quiet with the accommodation, the house corresponds to the advertisement, somo do RS - Brazl and we used the house as a dormitory to get to know Punta del Este, it was perfect. The house has water heating on all the faucets, and the shower is excellent. Giving comfort and relaxation after a busy day at the sights. Seu Julio is very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.

Perfect everything, extra details that added up a lot, they left Leña , left trash bags, kitchen soap etc that when you arrive late or by far it fixes you. Lucia is very kind and willing, the house with all amenities , as described, highly recommended.

¡Tremenda stay! The house is in an unbeatable location, only 200 meters from the English Shop and 500 meters from the beach Montoya, which allowed us to move with great comfort. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super comfortable for four people, and we really enjoyed the grill and the quincho, ideal for relaxing after the beach. The hosts were very friendly and always attentive to any queries. Highly recommended, we would come back without a doubt!

Ah peace. A beautiful setting & surroundings. The home looks exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, fluffy pillows, kitchen stocked as promised, great yard & private. Ocean views, great front & backyard - can I come stay longer please?! Stayed 3 days - my family loved it.

The place is super quiet, ideal for resting. The grillboard and stove space is very well cared for and super enjoyable. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The house in general is smaller than it looks in the pictures, especially the bathroom, but it is still very practical and comfortable. The only thing to take into account is that upon arrival there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the house and only spirals were available. As it was a holiday, we were unable to buy repellent or other products, so it would be nice if they were ahead of those types of situations leaving something more ready for guests. Beyond that, the price/quality ratio is good and we had a nice stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, complete. The outdoor space of the wooden deck is fabulous, the sun all day is beautiful at this time!!! The location is perfect for rest and close to everything for walks!! Vicotria was always in touch, if there were any unforeseen events, she fixed them immediately! We would definitely come back!!

the place is stunning, and Francisco is great. definitely recommend it. two things worth commenting on: first, electricity and water are paid separately. this entails taking pictures of the measuring devices before and after the stay, have the owner call the companies to get a prorated price, and arrange payment. this turned out to be super cumbersome for us because we didn’t see the host on our way out, and for some reason the payment kept failing via Airbnb, so as a matter of fact it’s been over 10 days since we left and we still haven’t been able to pay for this :/ I already gave Francisco the feedback to bundle the expenses in the rental price and he said he’d consider it. second, the house has no mosquito nets in any of its windows. this seems like a design choice, since most are ceiling to floor windows that work as doors, but makes it necessary to use the AC at night even if it’s fresh outside. altogether a great stay though!
