Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Les ofrecemos una vivienda construida recientemente, situada en un barrio tranquilo, al lado del paseo peatonal, de un pequeño pueblo del centro de Mallorca. Además, podrá acceder a cualquier lugar de la isla tras un corto trayecto. Finalmente, las múltiples comodidades que le ofrece la casa y su ambiente privilegiado harán de sus vacaciones una estancia soñada. Cabe destacar que la casa está adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida, por lo que no excluye a ningún público.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Can Sales és el nostre habitatge habitual. És una casa antiga mallorquina reformada, còmoda i amb un corral molt acollidor. Situada al centre de la ciutat en un carrer tranquil i de fàcil aparcament. Hi ha una botigueta molt a prop, restaurants, bars i comerços. Les platges estan a 10 km. Aprop del Centre de Tecnificació Rafael Nadal, Cales Verges de Manacor, Coves de Porto Cristo. Activitats esportives, tennis, paddle. Lloguer de piraguas, cicloturismo.
