Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mammoth Lakes

Nicely updated, very clean and well appointed condo. It was a great place for our family of four to come home to after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Mammoth and OMG, the location of this beautiful home was Amazing!! House was very clean and I would not look for a different placw next time we would love to come back here every other time!!

For the two of us and our dog, this place was IT! Very clean, everything one could need to stay very comfortably, and appreciate the modern upgrades to the kitchen, bathroom, TV's, etc. We also enjoyed being on the bottom floor with dog access to grassy area right out the front door. A really good location with easy walking to nice trails, close to town, and while we where there really quiet and peaceful. Liz offered great assistance to a small matter that came up and we told her she must have a doctorate in "customer happiness". We will stay here again and again!!

Nathan is a great host and we enjoyed staying at his townhouse. Very convenient location for the slopes, restaurants and shopping. Easy parking next to the house.

This house has raised our standard of future airbnbs. Everything is the house is perfect especially the living room balcony covering the picturesque mountains and starry night sky. The hosts have precise set of instructions which are very easy to follow. There are 2 half bathrooms with one on the first floor next to the garage. The hosts have given some excellent restaurant recommendations in the handbook. They also have a pet bed for your furry animals. The location on old a Mammoth road is also perfect if you are interested in just walking to the recreation center as well. With an electric charger for cars and racks for skis, this house has everything. I would definitely check for it's availability when I visit the next time.

I really loved Julie’s place, you could tell that they took time and effort to make it a great experience, everything was thought out, I noticed. The location is perfect as well, you have an amazing restaurant literally a few steps away, as well as a grocery store and gas station a block or so away. Only about… I believe 9 mins away from the Mammoth’s Main Lodge, it really has everything you might be looking for.

Wow! The view from the condo was gorgeous. We loved getting back from a long day of hiking, cooking in the beautiful and modern kitchen, and then enjoying the view as the sun went down. The central location was ideal. One day, we drove 35-45 minutes north to Yosemite via Tioga Pass, and the next day we drove just over an hour south to hike Big Pine, the Patagonia of California. Incredible! I loved the clean, modern feel of the condo that was also very cozy. The beds were super comfortable, too! Abigail was so friendly and responsive! I highly recommend!

Theodore was amazing. No host replied this fast! I was looking for a place at the very last minute but he answered all my questions at like 11 pm, and he was so helpful. I really thank him for that. The interior was really outstanding. 💖 Theodore made sure the place was warm and cozy before I checked in. I had places that didn’t really warm up, but this place.. my God. It gets hot lol I actually had to lower and lower the heat to stay warm! Big TV, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice indoor jacuzzi & dry sauna! The jacuzzi was like bubble bath.. 🛀 I don’t know what’s in it, but it made my skin so soft. In summary, if this place is available, you gotta grab it. 😎

Mandi & Steve’s place is great! It’s walkable to two grocery stores & many restaurants. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Access to the hot tub is perfect. PS. If you go to Roberto’s for Mexican food, ask for the flour chips.

Great little cabin in Old Mammoth! Traci was super responsive and nice, and we were stoked that it was very dog friendly. Place was dated, but in a cute way (vintage cabin vibes), and totally spotless. As other reviewers have mentioned, both the shower head and the shower pressure are low, but that was no big deal for us. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location to town and all the fun outdoors activities in the area. Very comfortable. Liked the books, games, movies and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our own food sometimes. We were tired after hiking, biking and rock climbing and the quiet atmosphere helped us sleep really well.

We stayed for a late season skiing holiday, and it was one of the best places in terms of the amenities, comfort and the overall experience. It is! t a walkable distance to the Canyon Lodge and the Village, and driving takes just one minute. The fireplace is amazing, so is the huge bathtub. We are looking forward to our next stay there 😀

Heidi’s place is comfortable and had everything I needed for a chill week in Mammoth. The little touches were a nice bonus - lotion, wine, and a robe to go down to the hot tub. The indoor parking and ski locker at garage level is super convenient. It was a great stay!

Dani’s spot was in a great location. Short drive to the hill and numerous hiking trails. Also was within walking distance to the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed to prepare our own meals.

I wish ALL AirBnBs had a kitchen as well equipped as I experienced here. As someone who uses Airbnbs over motels and hotels because I get a kitchen to prepare my own healthy meals, it’s rare that they come as perfect as this one. I also appreciated the peacefulness here. It was nice to come home to a relaxing environment after a day of hard work training up at Mammoth.

We loved staying at this location very close to the mountain and restaurants. Super clean and very cozy! Ivana was so kind to turn the heater on prior to our arrival since we got in late. Since we came towards the end of the season, the local lifts were closed but driving up to the mountain and parking was easy. We will def stay at this location again next season

Rob was great communicating anything he thought might be an issue and suggesting some items we might want to bring. He also had a list of restaurants and places to visit in the area. We cook a lot so brought a couple of our favorite fry pans and knives but the kitchen was sufficiently stocked if you don't. He gave great directions in finding the place. We loved the jacuzzi and ping pong in the office/rec room. You may want to bring beach towels if you plan to go to some hot springs. Coming in late May we enjoyed having the place mostly to ourselves. Rarely anyone else in the hot tub and no noises around or above us. He had plenty of wood on deck for our fireplace. All & all a great experience.

This place was truly a truly beautiful stay, and we enjoyed our time here. The carpets were super clean, everything was as described, it was super spacious, and the bed was really nice as well. We loved the location, it is close to everything and yet very private and quiet. We'd be happy to stay here again anytime! The jacuzzi was amazing also, a huge plus!

I’ve stayed here before and as usual it was a comfortable, clean, very well-stocked, and enjoyable studio condo. The location is great being close to a walking/biking path and the village, and it’s nice overlooking the forest instead of a parking lot. Steve is a friendly and responsive host.

Excellent vacation condo, filled our needs well. Even though there were only 2 of us, we wanted a high lofted ceiling for natural light and airiness and Courcheval was perfect. We didn’t even use the 2nd floor bedroom or extra loft space, but it would be very nice, if needed. Clean condo with everything….comfortable living room and king-sized bed, kitchen well-appointed. The personal BBQ was an added value, instead of having to walk to a public BBQ….got to eat rib eye, chicken, and salmon at our own prices, as the town has become pretty expensive to eat out. Hot tub was good, though maybe a little TOO hot….however, it’s uphill and you also have to climb stairs to get to it. Tip: we parked the 100 yds. closer to the bottom of the stairway and just climbed from there. Hint to staff: lowering water temp about 4-5 degrees would be fine! Extra value enclosed garage, although with a full-sized truck we didn’t try to shoehorn it in at an angle…just parked in front.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. Nice game room, and hot tub! The shuttle (Green Line) up to Eagle Lodge is right outside. It is a compact place, but homey and well maintained. My family had a great time and Layne was very responsive and communicated very clearly. Highly recommend!
