The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

No drive or no hassle needed to find a parking spot (and long walk from there, IYKYK) at the ski slope as the gondola to Canyon Lodge is right across the street. Worth staying here by itself!

Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a Village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away.
