Refugio Piren is located in the exclusive CONDOMINIO LA HELVETIA, 10 km from Corracalco and 1 km from the Piedra Cortada Reserve River and 2 km from the town of Malalcahuello and 38 km from Conguillido Park. The condominium has controlled access with reception. Refugio Piren has 160 square meters of built area. It is inside a native forest of 5000 m2 and has all the details for some incredible days to rest, disconnect, ski and then relax in the HOT-TUB with friends.

Sencilla y jovial tiny house para 3 personas (equipada con todo lo básico) en tranquilo lugar, ubicado a 17 km de Curacautín, cercano a diversos atractivos como Parque Nacional Conguillío, Laguna Negra, Salto del Captren, Termas Río Blanco, entre otros. Hay una escalera casi vertical para acceder a la habitación (peligroso para niños pequeños e incómodo para personas con movilidad reducida) Los 250 mts antes de la tiny house no son aptos para vehículos muy muy bajos.

Located 2 km from the north entrance of Temuco and the Catholic University of Temuco, within a plot and next to the main house. Very familiar atmosphere, with attention to its residents. Everything is very cozy: double bed, toddler bed, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and heating. Private parking and with independent entrance. Quiet residential sector surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. The access roads to the different corners of the city are excellent.
