Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem idyllischen Ort "Maria Thalheim". Dort finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Bäcker (mit Lebensmitteln des täglichen Bedarfes), einen Metzger sowie ein italienisches Restaurant mit Biergarten. Im Sommer lädt der Naturbadesee (zu Fuß erreichbar) zum schwimmen und relaxen ein.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
