Holiday houses in Malezas

My family and I went to Mayagüez to visit some family. Cynthia’s property was within minutes of all my family members which made it very convenient to visit them. The provided parking space is a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This home is so peaceful and beautiful. The decor is tastefully done. The yard is an oasis with beautiful native plants/flowers. We felt at home the whole time and the pool was a hit with the kids. There’s enough space to spread out. The kitchen is well Equipped and the view from there was perfection. Beds in all rooms were quite comfy and most importantly it was very clean! You will need a car to get around and I would take the host’s recommendations as they were all good. I’m actually sad to leave-Hope to come back soon if they will have us!

The place is easy to find, close driving distance to the supermarket, fast food, and stores. Loved the ease of check-in. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. Even includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers for beach trips which was definitely a plus. Place had absolutely everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t need but would be great for families with little ones such as a high chair. Suitable for large families as it includes 3 private bedrooms, and an additional inflatable mattress if needed. Would definitely book again!

La mejor estadía que he tenido. Es más hermoso que en las fotos. El jacuzzi en el cuarto espectacular no quería salir de ahí. Todo muy limpio y organizado. El cuarto de arriba tiene una vista hermosa y la cama súper cómoda. El área de la piscina me encantó con todos los juegos que tiene no vas a querer salir de este lugar. La cocina muy equipada. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento. No te vas arrepentir de quedarte en este lugar tan hermoso. Definitivamente vuelvo ❤️

First of all, I worked here and needed good wifi / internet. The signal was reliable, and fast enough to watch videos or video call. The location was peaceful and i enjoyed having a forest right outside my door. The host was very friendly and always available to help. On the downsides, every day, a fewl mosquitos would enter the house. Please keep in mind if you are sensitive. The house is just below where the host lives. There is not very much privacy for noises made inside the unit. Even a podcast playing on your laptop can be too much noise at night. The host was very nice about it but unfortunately that's how the apartment is constructed. Outside the bedroom window is a shed which is sometimes used by others. Overall, it was a memorable visit. The location really was beautiful. I would recommend.

Carlos y Joy nos acogieron con gran amabilidad, nos dieron gran privacidad y estuvieron disponibles para proponernos playas, supermercados, restaurantes cercanos e interesantes conversaciones sobre PR. El apartamento está en las montañas de Mayagüez pero a 10min del centro, cuenta con una amplia terraza con vistas hacia la costa donde desayunar y ver puestas de sol. La cocina está bien equipada con utensilios y básicos como sazonadores y artículos de limpieza, café y varias cafeteras, electrodomésticos de calidad y suficiente agua embotellada. La televisión cuenta con acceso a Netflix, hay WiFi de calidad y hay aire acondicionado aunque con los ventiladores de techo no lo hemos utilizado. Las ventanas tienen mosquiteras pero recomendaría llevar algún repelente adicional. Hay una fuente independiente de electricidad lo que asegura el suministro eléctrico. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos, seguros y hay sitio más que suficiente para aparcar en la puerta. Muchas gracias! Volveremos!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mayagüez! The apartment is at the top of a hill and has a beautiful porch overlooking the west coast of Puerto Rico. Countless beautiful beaches are within an hour drive & we loved the apartment itself so much that we spent half a day just relaxing at home. We were worried that the drive might feel scary, but the hillside roads felt perfectly safe. Mayagüez itself is a lovely college town. There’s lots of restaurants and bars about 2 miles from the apartment.

Very responsive and the space was comfortable and clean. Walkable to downtown Mayaguez and Ricommini bakery.
