The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking directly in front of the door, Innradweg and recreational area Unterer Inn nearby. The overnight price is for two people.
