It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

It is on two floors: on the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room; on the first floor the double bedroom,a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation has a rich range of dishes, pots and pans, the microwave and a toaster. Animals allowed. Smoking is prohibited.
