Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Malang Regency

Tempatnya sangatlah nyaman dan terasa seperti rumah sendiri. Lokasi berada di tengah-tengah antara Malang dan Batu jadi kami bisa lebih fleksibel ingin travel ke Malang ataupun Batu. Tempat juga memiliki pengamanan yang baik dan kami merasa aman tinggal disini. Hanya saja ada sedikit miss communication di mana kami tidak menemukan tempat sampah di luar rumah yang ternyata tempat sampahnya mepet ke rumah tetangga. Selain itu AC juga kurang dingin namun terbantu dengan sirkulasi rumah yang sangat baik dan udara malam yang dingin. Saya merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk mereka yang ingin explore Batu maupun Malang. Terima kasih juga saya ucapkan kepada host yang sangat responsive dan helpful. Tempatnya sangat nyaman.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan proses chekc in check out mudah & fleksibel. Fasilitas lengkap sesuai deskripsi, banyak free essentials things sehari2 juga, jadi bikin ga repot & lebih nyaman untuk menginap. Lingkungannya adem & tenang. Pemilik rumah fast respon dan ramah. Rumah sangat bersih dan peralatan komplit, seperti dapur dilengkapi alat masak, dispenser dan galon, dan disediakan mesin cuci, jadi cocok untuk short maupun long stay. Lingkungannya juga enak ada di dalam perumahan yang aksesnya melalui jalan besar. Mungkin akan kembali menginap di sini lagi apabila ada kesempatan selanjutnya.

sangat suka tinggal disini. sangat responsif ketika ada sesuatu yang bermsalah spt kolam renang kotor dn waterheater yg tidak berfungsi. langsung ditindak lanjutin hari itu jg. salah satu tempat yang insyallah kalau ada rejeki harus balik nginap disni lagi

Anas war super freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Er hat uns gegen eine kleine Gebühr vom Flughafen Malang abgeholt und eine SIM-Karte mit uns in der Stadt von Malang geholt, wofür wir knapp zwei Stunden gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft lag in einem Gebäudekomplex und war wie beschrieben. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen. :)

Tempatnya sangat nyaman, rapih dan lengkap barang yang disediakan. Sangat cocok untuk liburan di lokasi yang cukup strategis!

Pak Setiabudi is very nice host, very responsive, and always makes sure that we are happy with our stay. He let us to checked in early since there were no guests staying on the previous night. He even messaged me after we checked out to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The employee was very helpful as well. The villa itself has plenty of rooms for my big family, and we really enjoyed our stay. I’d stay again next time we are coming to Batu. Thank you Pak Setiabudi for the hospitality.

Had a very good stay at Novie's. The place itself is cozy and clean, location is great and it's just next to a mall with a huge supermarket and coffee shops which makes it very convenient. Communication with Novie was great too, she is very considerate and an amazing host. I would stay again and I highly recommend her place

Philippe and Ibu Lusi is amazing host. Kids friendly, warm and super helpful attitude with clear communication and understanding for family with children. We feel hommy during the stay, with beautiful views and nice furnitures and kitchen. Great value, easy access to plenty cafes/attractive places in Baru surroundings and fully recommended for small families/couples to stay.

lilian was very friendly and very responsive. everything was hassle-free and lilian was very helpful too. place was clean, neat and tidy not forgetting very cozy too! recommened and would come back again if i was travelling in the area!

Estadia incrível no apartamento tecnológico, limpo e confortável. Ambiente agradável e condomínio completo para estadia longas ou curtas. Muito bem localizado. Adoramos!
