Had a road trip around Java and stopped in Malang. We found this property and it was a pleasant stay. Felt like your own home. The property still new, it’s very quiet and private. Good for you who wants to rest properly after long drive. Definitely will come back again once we visit Malang again!

Thekids feel at home.... they want to do more days but because the effective day can't linger... the house is according to the photos... the bathroom is fragrant, the water is very swift... the mini pool is clean... the corners of the room are perfect as a photo spot... the interior is also instgrmble bgt.. it's just soaaattt SATISFIED..♥️♥️

I am very happy to stay here With a strategic location, close to Batu and not far to downtown Malang The residential environment is very quiet and safe Moreover, there is a discount card that I use in a nearby restaurant

This was a great place for our family to stay while in Malang for a nearby event. The layout is spacious and with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it easily supported our group of 10 people. The location is convenient too - within 1 km of the Alun-Alun Tugu area so lots of nearby shops and good restaurants. Great value for the price.

Stayed here because we planned a trip to Bromo. Luckily, the location is on the way to the jeep basecamp! However, unfortunately, there’s only one air-conditioned room, and there’s only one fan. The sitting toilet is available in just one bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Never knew before that there is such a beautiful homy house near me. I had two guests and we needed a place to gather. Karenina's place was perfect! We had a peaceful reunion there, with all things that we needed, the towels, dishes, cooking utensils, everything! The communication went very well. Karenina gave very clear instruction. Will definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Malang!

This place is suitable for relaxing after work at the office. Or stop for sightseeing in Batu or Malang. Or also for parents to attend the graduation or preparation for entering KAMPUS MALANG. Complete cooking utensils and cutlery, Clean tools are provided, vacuum, etc. Bathroom, clean bedroom (already vacuumed), equipped with blankets and fans in each room, no need for air conditioning because the air is cold:) Spacious and clean kitchen, and the toilet can be sat on plus there is a handle suitable for the elderly or squatting Children are also provided with a water pool so they don't get bored and also bean bags and swings, plus firewood. There's a water heater in the bathroom, because it's cold in here. Spacious car parking can fit 2-3 small cars, the owner is the best, very friendly and responsive, God willing we highly recommend this place to relatives and friends who want to go to Malang

The place is exactly like photos, very clean, fully equipped kitchen utensils, complete toiletries, towels, prayer mats & smart TVs in every room. Pillows, fragrant clean sheets, blankets. Everything is wholesome & sterile. It's not disappointing. The area is safe & private. Near many culinary spots. Recommended & will come here again insyaAllah. Ka Sari is very communicative & helpful. Only if the car is big..the fence can't be closed but it's still safe because there is a security guard around every hour & one gate system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner is responsive, the house keeper is friendly and very much the guest privacy doesn't ask much. Fully equipped house, you leave from home just bring enough clothes because everything is already provided. The position of the homestay is easy to find behind the security post so it's safe. Sometimes the water likes not to come out but after saying to the security guard is immediately assisted and the water flows again. just a recommendation

Host and Mas Angga (caretaker) are kind and helpful. Place is pretty comfy and homey. Kitchen appliances and tools are complete. We did enjoy our stay.

The price according to the facilities offered is perfect for families/friends with 7 people facilities. Very complete facilities there is a microwave, electric stove, cold hot dispenser, water heater in every bathroom, there is a living room with a large sofa of 2 pieces and air conditioning in each bedroom. The private cluster environment makes comfort perfect.

From check-in to check-out, everything is js smooth. all the amenities and basic needs is prepared by Jasmine. The house is very suitable for 5 people and comfortable. Definitely worth my money and deserved 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Few tips for future customers planning to stay here, make sure to have your own transport to get around easier. And also the house is a bit lacking with mirror, would be good if you have pocket mirror in standby.

For us is a perfect stay.We are not looking for hotel vibe accommodation, but rather to have a peace that feel like holiday home setting, which this place really deliver. It got calm and peaceful neighbourhood, with a lot of green. Its super clean place and fully equipped. Tommy, our host really taking care of us, very flexible and proactively suggesting places to go around Malang. We've been offered a late check out, but unfortunately need to leave early. Lovely place to stay
