Holiday rentals with beach access in Malabar

Vicki’s is our ‘go to’ when we go to Sydney, we look no further and in fact plan our trips around when Vicki has a vacancy. The thing we love is the location, the peacefulness despite a bustling suburb, the close walking proximity of all essential needs as well as cafes, public transport and Bronte Beach. But most of all we cannot speak highly enough of Vicki and her kindness and commitment to making our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. She is am amazing host and both Vicki and Don are readily available to answer questions, are patient with guests who lock themselves out😉and check in during our stay to ensure there is nothing else we need. For us, this is the best of the best that Airbnb offers.

Comfy and cozy! I had a really relaxing stay at John and Becki’s! The space would be great for a long stay and was excellent for a short one, with a full kitchen, fridge and dishwasher setup. For singles, It’s hard getting the luggage up the stairs by yourself so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. I left one of my bags on the stairs and only carried one the rest of the way. The place was immaculately clean and the house rules were very easy to follow. I appreciate how simple and easy John and Becki’s instructions made it to get there, understand the parking and what was required for checkout. Would 100% stay here again :) Thanks John and Becki!

Had an amazing stay at Simon’s apartment in Sydney! The owner was very kind and informative. Clean flat all around. The apartment’s kitchen has already a few basics for cooking like oil, salt and pepper, etc.. They even got out their way and bought milk in advance for us at our arrival. Very well located with bus stops, local restaurants, shops and, of course, the beach. A lot can be done and seen by walk. As long as you are ready for Coogee’s hilly streets and a few sets of stairs at the flat you should find this place perfect for a stay in Coogee Beach.

Had a great stay. We were over for a medical procedure for one of the family at the nearby Prince of Wales Hospital. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 3-4 adults. Easy to get out in fresh air with 3 outdoor areas. Furniture all very comfortable. Comfortable beds. Airconditioned throughout. Felt very secure within the apartment complex. Instructions for access were extremely clear making arrival very easy - definitely an advantage as it was drizzling a bit as we arrived. Chromecast on the TV was a plus - could easily stream something when we wanted to. Shops, restaurants nearby and a walkable to Coogee Beach (downhill to get there, can easily jump on bus to get back if want to avoid the climb back up). Any questions Kate was very prompt to reply and very helpful. Could not speak more highly of this accommodation - and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay nearby to the hospital precinct (Prince of Wales and Sydney Children's next door.)

Michael’s place is the perfect space for a lovely stay in Randwick. A clean, spacious and welcoming apartment with a great outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay - have everything covered from A-Z Would stay again

The stairs to his face were a bit messy and needed to paint but once you got inside it was very modern very clean at all amenities and more old. They probably need to put some coffee there.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Gorgeous sea cottage overlooking the cliff. So well designed and decorated with curated eyes in both art collection and furnishings. Private and quiet even though there’s a house directly behind sea cottage. Perfect for a writer and artist as I got so much done with the sea as inspiration. Cockatoos came and visited me everyday. 1st day just by himself, day 2 he brought his partner, on day 3 he invited 8 more of his friends so the 9 of them welcome me with fanfare!

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

Lauren’s cosy apartment was super awesome. We had a fab stay. The apartment was well appointed ; all the essentials from dishwashing liquid, washing powder to up market toiletries were plentiful; quiet; very clean; warm; parking was hassle free; eating places were dime a dozen; and public transport was easily accessible.
