We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. Brandon was very flexible allowing us to stage our luggage before checking. He was very responsive in both Airbnb messages and phone. The place is very clean and provides everything a family needs. Unfortunately, the pool is fairly far like most places not in the resorts it’s a shared community pool. Other than that place is fantastic and highly recommend!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

Look no further if you’re looking for a perfect spot in Princeville. This house is clean and suited all of our needs. Comfortable beds! Book it and enjoy Hawaii!

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

Giselle’s home was perfect for 6 persons. Each of the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable mattresses, pillows and clean white linens. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking- appropriate pans, utensils, plenty of dishes and refrigerator storage containers. The dishwasher and washer and dryer came in very handy. Giselle has beach toys for children and there were spokes and flippers for snorkeling and two bicycles for a quicker ride to the beaches (which were many in number and very walkable.) Giselle gave us great information about the best beaches and we had a fascinating tour of Richard’s coffee roastery where he roasts and ships the coffee beans for his business: Kauai Roastery. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time at this Airbnb in Kauai! The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos—immaculately clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the host really cares about the details; everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the surroundings were peaceful and lush, giving us that true island paradise feel. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Kauai. We’ll definitely be back!

What a view! Daily, You hear the splashing of the waves against the rocks, nice breeze from the kitchen windows, moon setting in front of your bed, melodious sounds of the birds around 6am, got a glimpse of whale from the balcony, plus rainbow and sunset colors. Had everything that we needed including some beach gears and rice cooker. We loved our time here. Walking to the beach daily with just a towel and having the key by the door was super cool. Fyi: no order on the parking numbers. My partner enjoyed his 70th bday celebration. Thank you very much.

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

This air b&b was exactly as it was described! It was gorgeous inside and the view was beautiful! The local area was peaceful and it was a short drive to delicious food, beaches and restaurants. The host gave us so much information on things to do and was very helpful!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Beata’s home in Princeville! Beautiful location, quiet, and we especially loved their peaceful backyard and hearing all the birdies in the morning. Adam and Beata were communicative and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay while you’re taking in all the beauty of Kaua’i!

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

This unit was incredibly well stocked. We loved all the beach accessories provided, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a first aide kit that came in handy for all the bites and bumps acquired hiking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the A/C was a must after a long day at the beach. We used the washer and dryer everyday. Communication was great, the neighborhood was nice. The bathroom was the only feature that could use some updating. I would definitely recommend this rental to a family. We loved our stay and the location to Hanalei Bay, Hideaway Beach, Annini, and others was perfect for day trips. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to stay.

Nice place in a good location but a bit hard to find. Ask for detailed instructions before arriving. Mike is extremely communicative and easy to work with. He even gave us some very welcome flexibility on arrival time -- very much appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony view is so beautiful & listening to the birds made it even better! The space is exactly as described. Everything was clean & neat! Parking was easy. The surrounding area is wonderful! Having a washer/dryer was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!

Tyler and his place were exceptional. Everything that was said in traveler's previous reviews we got to experience during our visit. Tyler's place is so quiet and clean and it is so big (specially the lanai). The grounds are so very beautiful and the pool area is big and just a few steps from the condo. Tyler is great with communication, checking in with you to make sure that everything is ok as your stay gets underway. He provides easy to understand instructions for using the condo. Tyler had a freezer go out just before our stay but he communicated the repair and a new fridge/freezer was quickly delivered and installed the next day. It all worked out perfect. This is a great place to stay in Princeville and we would definitely recommend and use again for future trips.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious, well-furnished and tastefully decorated condo. The three-bedroom set-up was perfect for our family: parents downstairs in the master, and kids upstairs, each with their own room. Morning coffee and breakfasts on the lanai were peaceful. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for prepping family meals. Pool and workout facilities were nice. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards stored in the garage. Communication with the owner was clear, detailed and timely. Overall, we loved this condo and enjoyed its close proximity to amenities and activities in Poipu and Koloa.
