Perfect location for everything in Oslo with balcony, nice furniture and all amenities on the 5th floor. I rent it out for part of the summer to responsible and kind people. I value cleanliness and comfort and want you to thrive. I live here usually and hope you will treat it well. I'll help you with most things. I would be very happy if you would water my plants!
