The Finca Son Salvanet with its 5 vacation homes (traditional stone houses, comfortably restored inside) is located at the foot of the mountain village of Valldemossa, which is within walking distance. House Ibiskus is an enchanting house with a large sleeping/living room, separate kitchen and shower room. A large terrace in front offers seating and deck chairs. The view extends to the approximately 30,000 square meter property with many different trees and flowers of the finca and the mountains opposite.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts, to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It has a Balinese bed, private pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. A unique space for our guests.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.
