Holiday rentals with lake access in Mairinque

We spent the carnival holiday with family and the stay was very good. House equipped with pots, plates, glasses, clay filter, household appliances, there were pillows, blanket, iron, 2 fans, bejamins, barbecue.(note: there is no microwave). The land is all closed to those with Pet, we took 2 and they were released at will, without worry of escaping. Very good pool, house with access to the dam. The only point is that the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay and the internet signal there tbm is very bad, this made it difficult to communicate with the homemade (the TV did not work so tbm).

Excellent place... super cozy atmosphere. I recommend and I'm sure next time in São Roque we'll go again

From the beginning to book, Daltro responded quickly, always being helpful. The house is very nice, spacious and clean, with everything you need to spend pleasant days. The barbecue and pool space are very good, with everything working perfectly. The sun hits the pool directly, leaving it at a pleasant temperature. It was very worthwhile! Our stay over the Easter holiday was simply wonderful, my family and I had an incredible experience with Ju from the first contact, super attentive, and she explains everything with great patience, super loving…. The house at the time we arrived was impeccable, extremely clean and organized, and what a wonderful house… we paid the extra to heat the pool and I can say that it was worth every penny, the pool was warm until 11:00 pm, we were able to enjoy every second we were there…. I highly recommend it and we will return many more times for sure A THOUSAND STARS 🥳🤩

Our stay at Emmanuel's house was simply WONDERFUL!!! Starting with the reception of the host Adriano, who was VERY attentive, caring and friendly the whole time!!! The house and the surroundings are so beautiful!! It made us feel like we were in a period movie!! Particularly, I love it!! Everything very beautiful!! We only had one disagreement with the showers in the internal rooms, as they oscillated in temperature, between hot and cold, and we are very cold, most of us... otherwise, I have nothing else to point out. It was a shame to spend only a few hours there... but the experience was worth it!!! We will return if God willing!!!

I rented to make my bachelorette party and I was delighted with the place, all very clean, the beds in great condition, all perfectly flawless. I will come back more often for sure!

The house is delicious, especially the outside area with swimming pool and the ponds! Genoveva was very polite and asks for everything we needed, she always responded quickly. The only thing is that the images are not very clear about the inside of the house, but that was not a nuisance to us. It would indicate a lot to my friends and family!

We were delighted with our experience! From the outset, the service by Elis and Gabi was excellent, with all the necessary instructions for a smooth arrival and a hassle-free self check-in. Upon arrival, we were amazed: the chalet space is huge and full of details that the photos cannot convey, with incredible landscapes, spacious swimming pool and a decoration that exudes peace. The duplex chalet is very well organized, clean and welcoming. The room on the ground floor had everything we needed, and the upper floor received us with a decorated bed, air conditioning, bathrobes and an amazing view. Breakfast standout, served exclusively in stages with everything done on the spot and fresh, something we had never tried before. We have returned renewed and have already planned to return with the family to share this amazing experience of tranquility and connection to nature.

For those who are in doubt, just go! Everything was very well organized, fragrant and very good service. Apart from the landscapes. It really exceeded expectations!! I'll definitely be back

Elis is an excellent Anfritian, very solicitous and attentive. Amamos, everything was perfect from start to finish, breakfast is an experience, served slowly and well completed, all very delicious! The place is paradisiac, lots of nature and peace! Great place for those looking to rest their mind and body! We will return more often for sure.

The place is amazing. The cleaning is impeccable, from the cleaning of the rooms (with a super pleasant aroma) to the cleaning and organization of the open area and in common use. the site is all new, beautiful and well set up. My wife and I feel very comfortable on site. Chácara is beautiful, with swimming pool, game room. Access is easy, despite the road on the ground, but the ifoods were slow and hard to find. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is a bit far from the wine route, but it is as the host informed. we appreciate your stay.

Very nice place, away from the city, quiet, the house is clean and with everything you need to live. Very attentive host, she tells you how to get there, the options on the way and responds quickly to inquiries. Considering that the signal is lost upon arrival and the site is not easy to locate so I recommend using ggle maps, with this app we were able to easily locate ourselves. The setting and the house in the middle of nature made our experience in sao paulo, amazing.

We had a 4-day stay in a family of 14 people. The place is in a beautiful place, all the space, house were very clean and cared for. The owner Silvana and the staff are very attentive, kind and helpful. Anyway, we will return with certainty and recommend to everyone who wants to spend moments of quiet, tranquility and comfort.

The house is great, very spacious, and the place is wonderful to relax with friends and family! The Hosts were super friendly and receptive, and provided support via Whatsapp when needed. The only thing we missed was some kitchen utensils like frying pan, more glasses, and a few other things. It would also be legal if they had more floor cloths. Anyway this did not hinder our experience and we spent a delicious new year at Sabrina's home!

My family and I love spending time at the farm. It is a quiet place, ideal for those who want to rest from the daily routine. There was a guest who worked and had no issues with the Wi-Fi. Both Valdemir and the caretaker Dino were very polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

The view, nature, peace and environment complement each other with the beauty of the house. Everything was impeccable and I absolutely recommend this experience to all airbnb guests. I spent a wonderful weekend with friends! The house is super cozy, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, making a good laugh and creating great memories together. Communication with Camila was excellent. I would definitely return and highly recommend the stay!

We love the farm, the always kind host and Rosi who is responsible for taking care of the place has welcomed us very well. The Chácara is extremely well-equipped, it has all household utensils. Super clean, and gorgeous, like the photo. There is a nearby train line that can get in the way who is very sensitive with noise, but for me it was not a problem, including several days with the children to see the train passing.
