The site has a large viewpoint on the terrace, with a bar-type shed. Hammocks in natural viewpoints, chairs for use on the beach.

It is located in a very quiet area, just 700 meters from the beach and 7 kilometers from the village of Lago Ranco. The house, located on a plot of almost two hectares with a private forest, has 3 bedrooms plus a common space, like a living room, which has two beds.
