Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Cabin of about 40 square meters built with Canadian-style wooden logs, the house consists of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. the cabin has a perimeter garden for exclusive use and a small veranda. The house is tastefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. the owners live permanently in a cabin located on the same land

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. On request there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our production!
