Holiday houses in Mahoning County

This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

The converted school house loft is warm, welcoming, and has plenty of windows. The space is large yet cozy. Need a place to sleep that is walkable to downtown? This place checks the box as it's 15 minutes from the downtown attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Cottage is beautiful! It is very close to the lake. Host is super friendly and welcoming. Cottage is well maintained and super clean! 🧼 I would definitely recommend! Thanks!

We enjoy every minute of it. Spacious rooms , large living room, kitchen was great, open concept in my opinion. My daughter's room was warm upstairs and I got a hold of her, she told me she would come the next day and take the a/c unit from the basement to the 3rd floor and install it on the window!, she actually did what she told me the next day. She's an excellent host!, responsible and honest. I definitely recommend.

Amazing place and absolutely beautiful. The river view and space were unique, quality and beautiful . We grilled, watched movies, star gazed and enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the rolling river down below. We even played Bingo at the local dive down the road (Shilling’s Mills Tavern) and won! A really fun weekend - we want to return with friends renting the other special properties very soon in the summertime.

We needed a quick getaway for some rest and relaxation. It was a snowy weekend and this cottage was the perfect place to hibernate. It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, very nice bathroom, kitchen stocked well with cookware and appliances. Loved the gas fireplace. Restaurants and stores near if you need anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny’s lake house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and barbecuing. We chose this home because of the first floor bedroom and bathroom and one step to enter as my 94 year old grandmother stayed with us. Doorways were all wide enough to accommodate her rollator walker. We loved being able to cook and bake together in the well stocked kitchen. Sunny responds quickly to inquiries and provided updates. We did not use the recreation room in the basement or pool/ hot tub but can see that these would be great for other groups staying here. Lastly, mattresses were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Had a great stay! Definitely looking forward to the next time I visit the area as I will definitely be looking to book with Brandon! Nice clean, comfortable and cozy place with a responsive and welcoming host. Both the place and the host were and went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again Brandon!
