J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est magnifique, propre et bien équipé, je reviendrai quand j’en aurai l’occasion avec plaisir.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir wurden stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und es wurden auch Tipps für Restaurants und co gegeben. Saubere Wohnung und toller Aufenthalt. Einige Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Einziger Negativpunkt ist leider der nahegelegenen Strand, der nach Abwasser stank und leider für Tunesien typisch auch sehr dreckig ist.

Nous y avons passé une nuit. L'emplacement est très centrale, surtout le soir si on veut se balader. La zone touristique est facilement accessible avec un taxi. L'appartement est bien adapté pour y passer quelques jours. On remercie Zizou pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

Ahmed’s place was absolutely picture perfect. He’s such a gracious and kind host. Always responsive and he came down in person to make sure we had a smooth check in. In regard to the property, it is right on the beach front and you have direct access to it. The property is spacious and has a huge balcony area, well suited to family dinners. I highly recommend Ahmed as a host and his property.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

Este es uno de los mejores airbnb en la ciudad. La casa es simplemente espectacular. Es extremadamente amplia y de espacios muy útiles. El jardín con la alberca es espectacular. La atención del personal es impecable. Nos ayudaron a resguardar el equipaje el día de nuestro check out lo que fue sumamente útil. Lo recomiendo al 100%

L’appartement était parfait, propre, calme. Un petit parc juste en bas qui a ravit mon fils. Les piscine n’étaient pas fonctionnelles mais hors périodes donc normal. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Prevoir une voiture car pas grand chose aux alentours mais cela permet d’etre au calme. Merci pour tout ! Une adresse qu’on garde 😁

The place was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was clear and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy some lovely walks along the shore. A great host, friendly and accessible. Un endroit qui aspire à la tranquillité été au repos. A quelques encablures d’une belle plage aux eaux turquoises, la maison offre un calme et reste propice au repos. Nos hôtes ont étés très réactifs et à l’écoute. Nous y reviendrons !

Notre séjour dans cette maison a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse spacieuse est à couper le souffle, et nous avons passé des moments inoubliables à profiter des couchers de soleil. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. La localisation à Sami est idéale, à proximité des commodités tout en restant paisible. Un grand merci à Iheb pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils, ses instructions et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et espérons revenir très bientôt !

First of all, Malek is a really great, open and helpful host, what made my stay an excellent experience, with no stress at all. The apartment was really clean, all the necessities provided, as described. It is placed in a great location, 2km to Port El Kantoui and 7km to Medina of Sousse, 2min to the beach, restaurant and a mini shop. Malek was also really patient and awaited my arrival from the airport during night hours. Malek is also a responsive person, with very good communication both before and after booking. Thank you Malek for being such a great host!

Super séjour passé chez Walid, l’appartement ressemble aux photos, très bien rangé et surtout spacieux et très bien situé. Walid est vraiment sympathique et arrangeant, nous avons demandé de partir un peu plus tard, il a accepté :) Je recommande cet hôte et on compte y revenir l’été prochain 😊

Heel aangenaam verblijf van 2 maanden, voelde mij vanaf dag 1 direct thuis. Er was alles aanwezig. Vriendelijke ouders van Adel wonen naast het huis en je kan er terecht met een vraag, zeer behulpzaam. Deze lokatie is echt een aanrader. Van hieruit kan je verschillende plaatsen bezoeken en een taxi is niet duur. Vele restaurants in de omgeving en je kan er heel mooie wandelingen maken. Ik kom zeker en vast nog eens terug.

Nous avons passé une bon sejour en famille, le logement est central, proche du centre ville, de la gare, et de la vielle ville.... Nous recommandons.

A lovely apartment equipped with everything you need, matching the description and pictures too. There’s a nice balcony tucked away behind the kitchen which is great in good weather and especially for barbecues. The area is also great and safe, with a lot of local restaurants and markets in close proximity. A lot of attractions, activities and amenities are easily accessible and around you. Malek is very responsive and great with communication. I really enjoyed my stay here overall and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Très bel appartement, tout était parfait. La plage en face est superbe, beaucoup de poissons surtout le matin, c’était un plaisir de passer nos vacances ici.
