Welcome to Paradise! Casita Carranza is a 15 minute walk to our beautiful beaches, and is around 5 minutes by bicycle. The nightly cost also includes use of two bicycles (option to rent a 4-seat gas-powered golf cart). The casita sleeps up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 bathroom, and two small futon couches that convert into beds for a child or petite adult. The dedicated work space includes Starlink high speed internet which supports Zoom and Teams calls with no issues.

STARLINK internet You find the cleaning cost high because my price per night is very low and it is a recovery cost for my low costs. I have 4 houses on the same street, each with its own private pool. Newly remodeled spacious house with pool, excellent size Palapa, barbecue. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has the basics for cooking. Blender, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. In case of extra people, it is on an inflatable mattress. I provide shower towels.

Very spacious, with everything you need as in your own home, on the corner is the sea, but you can't pass through (because of the mangrove), you'll have to walk 5 blocks to get to the pier, it has two shops on the opposite corner and a Barudi shop 3 blocks away, the "Barrio" the street is very spacious and quiet, private houses, pizzeria, restaurants and every day around the house, a model point with ceviche and something else.
