The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.

Vous pourrez préparer de délicieux repas dans la cuisine très bien équipée… Vous pourrez aussi vous fournir en produits frais et locaux auprès de votre hôtesse Isis, proposition de repas et événements sur place… De belles balades sont à réaliser dans le village, la forêt ou au bord de la rivière et du canal…

Logis "Guenièvre" is on the 1st floor of a building from 1732, completely restored. In the historic center of Avallon, this special place is close to everything, such as the Clock Tower, the tourist office, the Collegiate Church of Saint Lazare, the museum, and 50 m from the ramparts, making it easy to plan your visit. You can also walk to the bakery or restaurants such as Dame Jeanne, Cuisine Angeline and many others in 2 minutes.

In the heart of the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, we invite you to discover the Bacchus suite. This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d'Or, this typical Burgundian hamlet surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with an on-site caretaker is equipped with a heated pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Isolated cottage located in the Morvan Natural Park, about 3 km from Lake Settons, in the middle of 10 hectares of woods facing a pond, where you can swim, take a pedal boat ride or fish (fishing equipment not provided) At your disposal with accessories: Barbecue, boulodrome, ping pong table, pedal boat, darts and for children: trampoline, swings, water slides, Calm, escape and relaxation guaranteed.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Gîte de l'Abbaye de Moutiers-Saint-Jean

Located in an 18th century Historic Monument, this cottage (11p max) and about 160 m2 is the guest house of an artist, and mixes decor and antique furniture with modern and contemporary works of art.
